Double 'Just' (#Janathon Day 24)

Stellian wasn't due to fly back from Bonnie Scotland until 6.45pm so my workout for the day was going to be on the exercise bike. But first, it was time to brave the scales. I must say I wasn't confident, but I was pleasantly surprised by the result.

I consider any loss to be a result and this week, I've just scraped in with a half pound loss.

In the absence of any alternatives, I needed a challenge - Yesterday on the exercise bike, I covered 10 miles in 30m 36. My target was to beat that time. I tried to remember the resistance settings as best as I could, but I honestly couldn't say it was a like for like ride. In the end I stopped the clock after 10 miles in a time of.... 29m 52 - a little over half a minute better than my previous time. I'd done it.... just!
