Bit nippy out there (#Janathon Day 16)

Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let It Sn... Oh wait - I haven't done any exercise yet!

The temperature hasn't been above freezing all day and the canal is still frozen over. I did think that going for a run along the towpath would be nice as at least I'd be able to get some nice photos, but I then remembered that I couldn't go out until Stellian got home from work, at which time it'd be dark. This being the case, I decided to head off gym. Not before having an argument with iTunes though. I thought I'd put some new music onto my iPhone to work out to... except it wouldn't transfer from my computer, even after I'd disconnected it and reconnected it a couple of times. I removed the whole playlist. The computer said that was fine, my phone didn't. I deleted the playlist from my phone, so the computer deleted the whole playlist and I had to start all over again. If that wasn't enough, the kids decided they were going to have one of their silly evenings

Fortunately, it wasn't too busy at the gym and I worked up quite a bit of a sweat during my session. I was particularly pleased that I beat my best time for rowing 2 kilometres by almost 20 seconds.
